LAND PER RV OWNER
Support for a Stress-Free Arrival
Arriving at a new RV park should be exciting, not stressful. At Wahoo’s RV Park, we understand that parking and setting up your rig can be one of the most challenging parts of the trip—especially if you’re new to RVing or driving a larger motorhome or fifth wheel. That’s why we provide friendly, light setup and back up assistance for our guests. Our goal is to help you settle in quickly and safely so you can start enjoying your stay.
How Our Assistance Works
We keep our process simple because we know travel days are long.
Backing Into a Site
Backing into an RV site can be intimidating, especially if you’re driving a longer rig or towing a trailer. Our staff can serve as spotters to guide you safely into place. With wide roads and clear visibility, most guests find the process easier with just a little extra guidance.
Request Help on Arrival
When you arrive at the park, let us know if you’d like a hand. Our team can walk you through the process, provide spotting assistance, and answer questions about hookups and positioning.
Connecting to Utilities
Hooking up water, sewer, and 30 amp or 50 amp power can be confusing for first-time RVers. We’ll point out the connections, explain which power source is right for your rig, and ensure you know where everything is located before we leave.
Designed With First-Time RVers in Mind
Many of our guests are seasoned travelers, but we also welcome people who are new to RVing.
Learning the Basics
If this is your first trip, our team can explain the basics of leveling, connecting utilities, and observing safety precautions. We don’t replace professional RV training, but we’re happy to walk you through the essentials so you feel comfortable.
Building Confidence
Sometimes all it takes is one successful setup with guidance to build confidence. After a little help, many first-time guests feel ready to handle setup on their own the next time.
Why Setup Assistance Matters
Some RV parks expect you to figure everything out on your own. At Wahoo’s, we believe in hospitality that includes making sure you feel secure when you arrive.
Safety First
Having a spotter during back up reduces the risk of accidents, both for your rig and for nearby property. A few minutes of guidance can save a lot of stress.
Faster Settling In
With assistance, setup is often faster and smoother. That means you can spend less time worrying about angles, hoses, and cords and more time enjoying your site.
Reducing Travel Stress
After a long drive, fatigue can make setup harder. Knowing someone is available to help can relieve that extra pressure and make the end of your journey more enjoyable.
Support for Large Rigs and Complex Setups
Even experienced RVers sometimes need an extra set of eyes.
Big Rigs and Fifth Wheels
If you’re driving a motorhome or towing a fifth wheel, maneuvering into a site can be tricky. Our wide roads help, and our staff is glad to step in with spotting assistance to make sure everything lines up smoothly.
Boat Trailers and Extra Vehicles
For guests traveling with additional vehicles or trailers, setup can be more complex. We’ll help guide you into position so that your boat, RV, and tow vehicle all fit within your lot.
